Homemade Bath Salts

Nourishing from the minerals, this bath salt recipe is so relaxing it should be used just before bed. An occasional soak in these salts can be done when feeling under the weather or generally exhausted. Recently I worked long hours outside and when I woke up the next morning my neck was ‘stuck’. I felt all jammed up – so I immediately got into a bath just like this and laid so that my shoulders/neck were in the water at least 1/2 an hour. It was better than having gone to a chiropractor!  I also make a magnesium lotion/cream which recipe I will share here at NutriFunction Nethersprings as well.  Stay tuned!
